Mr Kraut has right of appearance in the High Court and extensive experience in all aspects of South African Immigration and Refugee Law including Fraud cases; Upliftment of Prohibitions, Section 8 Appeals; Stay of Deportations and Unlawful Detentions. Mr Kraut is a guest member of the Immigration Committee of The Law Society of the Northern Provinces and our law firm is Proudly South African Accredited. Mr Kraut obtained his BProc and LLB degrees in 1999 and was duly admitted as an Attorney in the Republic in 2002.
