The firm was established in 1986 under the sole directorship of Leon Malan. In 2001, the firm formed a branch office in the town of Mokopane/Potgietersrus and appointed Peter Mohale as its head. The expansion to the Limpopo Province was initiated by our policy of being accessible to our clients. In 2003, this office became a new firm under the sole directorship of Peter Mohale, incorporated with Leon Malan in Pretoria. This firm has a history of implementing the affirmative action policy and has assisted several members from previous disadvantaged communities by training them and assisting them to establish themselves in the law profession
