History In a nutshell, after completing my articles in 2002, I was admitted as an attorney on 1 April 2003 whilst employed with Jowell Glynn & Marais of Sandton. In 2005, I joined Douglas Smart Attorneys where I got involved with collections for Coface SA in mainly the steel, freight and warehousing industries. In 2008, I joined Hofmeyr Herbstein & Ghiwala Attorneys in Sandton where I was employed in the commercial litigation/forensic litigation department. In the beginning of 2009, the opportunity arose to start my own practice where we do extensive collections for various entities and mainly for Coface SA and various of the policy holders in the steel, freight, plastics, warehousing, plumbing, tyre, granite and other industries. I have extensive experience in debt collection, drafting liquidation applications and civil litigation [general] in the Magistrate’s & High Courts.
