Divorce-, family- and children’s law areas (“custody-cases”) have been the focus of Elize Fourie-Hendry who joined Cilliers & Associates in 2015. She focuses only on divorce actions, mediation, parenting plans, maintenance, domestic violence (protection orders), immigration or overseas travelling of minor children, ante-nuptial contracts (ANC), surrogacy contracts, and problems during adoption and overseas maintenance claims needing court interventions. Elize often deals with international divorce, maintenance, and contact (access) cases. She has been in family law since 2004 in her own practice in Cape Town, and prior to that she was a litigator in medical negligence- and third party matters at a leading Cape Town firm.
